The 6-week Programme:

A pragmatic, hands-on, tutorial-based approach to simplifying and improving your product development plan, setting up your ideas, scope, goals and roadmap for future success.

Drawing on nine years of CEMET’s work with micro, small, and medium enterprises, this programme helps attendees look at their project idea with a practical, objective focus. The programme aims to challenge the existing product idea and help improve its potential for success by looking at the kinds of technology available, the true nature of the project’s future users, as well as providing insight into prototyping and testing project assumptions prior to development.

Over six weeks, participants will delve into key topics such as idea validation, user-centric design, prototyping, feature prioritisation, and post-launch strategies. Each session is tailored to foster critical thinking and facilitate actionable outcomes, culminating in the creation of a personalised roadmap for future development.
