Innovation Strategy, ARCITEKBio, University of South Wales, and AberInnovation invite you to this unique event to hear how innovation and technology can help to reduce and reuse waste from the production of a physical product or service, contributing to a circular economy. This workshops provides expertise to help businesses valorise waste and provides information about funding on offer to support development.

ReValue and CEMET are two projects funded by UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, supported by Powys County Council.

Project ReValue is a partnership led by Innovation Strategy, working with ARCITEKBio, and AberInnovation. ReValue offers fully funded support to help businesses understand how to monetise by-products and waste streams. Through leading technical and business expertise across the partnership this programme can support businesses to explore novel circular concepts, accelerate business growth & raise funding. ReValue supports businesses across sectoral strengths throughout Powys such as high-value manufacturing, agriculture, and food and drink industries.

CEMET led by University of South Wales supports businesses with access to R&D, software and hardware development. Working alongside businesses, CEMET utilises leading-edge emerging technology to create innovative products and services for businesses that will shape the future. From Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and the Internet of Things to iOS, Android or cross-platform apps, we have extensive experience of designing and developing software and hardware products.

This event also provides local businesses with the opportunity to hear how they can access fully funded support via ReValue and CEMET to take advantage of the expertise and resources offered. This event will provide an opportunity for interested applicants to hear from experts delivering the programme and ask questions about the programme. Join us to find out more.
